Upon termination for breach, wondawin reserves the right to withhold pending withdrawals pending full investigation. Real money balances that are confirmed as legitimately wagered and won will be returned to the player via the registered payment method, less any amounts that are determined to be the result of fraudulent activity or policy breach.
You may close your wondawin account at any time by contacting wondawin support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any outstanding real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wondawin's operating entity is incorporated, as determined by wondawin's international gaming authority licence. Continued use of the wondawin platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
